Super happy with my new kindle grip, the quality is lovely and it feels nice and sturdy when in use. It looks absolutely gorgeous on my new kindle! Also, is was wrapped up like a present by Charlotte which was a lovely touch and really made me smile!
Order arrived packaged really well and I absolutely love it. Smells just how I would have imagined the walls of Basgiath to smell. I also had excellent correspondence from the team who were really polite when emailing to ask some questions. Would definitely purchase from here again.
Excellent service! Perfectly packaged and waiting in store for me to collect! In love with both of the prints! The cutest shop! I wish I could buy everything x
Really lovely staff whenever I order from them for collect!
Lovely cushion but was disappointed that the pillow/filling was too small for the case
Brown Gingham Linen Ruffle Cushion
Store owner replied: Hi Nicola, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Weβre really sorry to hear that the cushion filling wasnβt as full as you expected β we never want our customers to be disappointed. The cushion comes pre-filled from the brand but we completely understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to firmness and fullness. Weβd be more than happy to help find a solution, whether thatβs offering advice on adjusting the filling or discussing a replacement option. If you'd like, do feel free to get in touch with us directly so we can help. Thank you again for your feedback β it really helps us improve. - Charlotte

I love this print so much! The colours and the design are so beautiful! It was one of the first things we instantly put up when we moved into our new home, and it's a real compliment getter, everyone loves it! Love that it led me to discovering Simply Katy too as her store is so perfect, and a number of my friends will be receiving Simply Katy Christmas gifts from me! <3

I can't share any photos yet as the coffee glass and straw are gifts for a 21st birthday. However, I'm delighted with the product - it's so pretty and very much what a trendy 21 year old would love. I'm impressed with the speed of delivery also, plus the very secure packaging. The hand written card was very thoughtful too - if I didn't live so far away, I'd love to pop into the store! Christmas is around the corner, so I'll give your online store a visit instead. Thanks for fabulous service π
