How will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days unless Jasper the dachshund is on packing duty. (Jasper is rubbish at packing orders, he's just great at shredding paper).
Please note that working days does not include Sundays & Mondays when our physical shop is closed.
You will receive a confirmation text or email then tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Click & Collect
You can also click and collect from Bloom & Brew in person. We aim for click and collect items to be ready within 24 hours. You will be notified via email or text when your order is ready to pickup from the shop.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged eco friendly and plastic free. Our packing tape is water-activated plastic free tape made with natural gum and our boxes are all fully reusable and recyclable. For fragile items we may reuse bubble wrap, eco packing peanuts and other protective materials from our stock deliveries to protect goods and reduce waste. Please do reuse our packaging where you can, thank you!
We pride ourselves in providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers however, if there is an issue with your order or damaged items, please contact us and we will work to come to a solution to fix this!
Bloom & Brew Ltd, has a 14-day return policy whereby you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return address for a refund or exchange. The items must be unused, in suitable condition and original packaging.
Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility (unless the item is defective).
For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
