When will I receive my order?
We aim to process orders within 2-3 working days (excludes Sundays, Mondays and bank holidays). Bloom & Brew is a one-woman operated small business so please note that no orders are posted or processed on Sundays & Mondays when the physical shop is closed.
What are your shipping options?
We send all parcels out using Royal Mail tracked delivery. UK rates:
- Standard - 48hr tracked (2-3 Business Days)
- Express - 24hr tracked (Next business day)
- Free standard UK delivery over £35
- Free click & collect in store
Due to high demand we also now ship to Canada, Europe & USA 🇺🇸 Shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight for non-UK orders and all orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked International delivery.
Orders over 18kg: We reserve to right to charge an additional excess weight surcharge that we will discuss with you beforehand.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation text or email then tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep track of your order.
Please note that once an order has been shipped out, it's out of our control and in the hands of the postal services.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes! You can choose the free click and collect option at checkout to pickup your order from Bloom & Brew in person. We aim for click and collect items to be ready within 24 hours. You will be notified via email or text when your order is ready to pickup from the shop. Please only come to collect your order when you have been notified your order is ready!
My order has gone missing with the postal services, what should I do?
Once an order is sent off we are not responsible for any missing, stolen or delayed parcels. You will have to take this up with the shipping company or your local post office. To try and avoid any delays with your orders, make sure you entered your address correctly, once an order has been made we can't change any details made.
How will my order be packaged?
Orders are sent in recycled kraft boxes with paper tape. We reuse packaging as much as we can including plastic bubble wrap paper packaging from our lovely stock deliveries. This helps reduce waste and helps protect your items. Please reuse our boxes when you can! :)
How do your pre-order collections work?
Online pre orders give you a chance to shop the goods before they go out on our shelves in our physical shop. All goods will be being made by independent makers so can usually take up to 3 weeks for us to receive the goods and post them out. You will be notified by email or text when your order is dispatched. Pre order items will have 'Pre Order' in the product name.
Returns Policy
We pride ourselves in providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers however if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know at hello@bloomandbrew.co.uk
Our refund & returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in original condition and packaging with labels attached. Please fully inspect your order upon receipt to ensure you are happy with your order before disposing of packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition.
Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns (unless you received the item faulty). We strongly advise you use a tracked and insured service as we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you repackage the return appropriately to prevent any damage in transit, especially for delicate items.
Please note the following goods are exempt from being returned; Jewellery (unless faulty), perishable goods such as food or drink, gift vouchers, discounted or sale items & health, personal grooming items and cosmetics such as body lotions, makeup, soaps, oils, perfumes.
Once your goods are inspected and accepted back into stock, you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days back to your original payment method and notified via email. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
