Tuber Aestivum black truffle or summer truffle grows from summer until early fall and has a delicious rich flavour."

About The Makers

Josephine Bernaud starting serving biscuits and crackers in her tea room in 1926.  Originally from France she settled in the Rioja region of Spain and incorporated local ingredients in every bite. Using wheat flour ground with traditional stone wheels and a traditional recipe with all natural ingredients which are naturally vegan, Lady Joseph continues to use the same tradition in these small batch & hand-made artisan snacks to this day.
