There's nothing traditional about this kimchi - spicier and more tangy than most on the market, it's perfect for those looking for an extra kick! Eat me with... cheese toasties, use to fire-up stir-fries and then cool down with an icy pint of beer or (and we highly recommend this) straight from the jar!

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS = ALWAYS KEEP REFRIGERATED!
Once opened, push down on contents with a clean spoon or fork to allow brine to cover the vegetables. It's good practice to do this each time after you help yourself to a serving to keep the product good and fresh! We currently have an 11 month shelf-life on our products.
